The publishing team sources premium publishers to deliver our incremental video demand, digital platform solutions and premium journalistic content. As a co-publisher, ShowHeroes works closely with publishers to gather learnings and share insights to ensure we’re constantly developing meaningful partnerships. Internally, the supply team works closely with other departments, particularly sales and operations. 

The Supply Manager is responsible for ShowHeroes’ publisher partnerships. You will develop your own relationships with them, support with the technical onboarding, communicating regularly, giving and receiving regular updates about performance indicators, business changes, communicating requests for specific bookings and troubleshooting integration issues. 

Tasks 

● Update and regularly maintain the supply tracker with updates and changes relating to your publishers 

● Responsible for the onboarding and management of supply, troubleshooting issues as they arise 

● Produce and present quarterly business reviews to key publishers 

● Support communications between internal operations team and your publishers, ensuring smooth, quick response times and managing expectations 

● Suggest new video content topics to the production team to produce in line with publisher requirements 

● Communicate with the supply teams in other markets, sharing learnings about your accounts and making suggestions to optimise 

Requirements 

● Experience in digital media operations or account management 

● Knowledge of HTML, CSS and VAST/VPAID preferred 

● Willingness to take responsibility, prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines and manage expectations 

● Strong attention to detail and confident filtering, pivoting and analysing data 

● Efficiency and organisational skills 

● Strong communication – written and verbal 

● Strong people skills to develop productive relationships with clients and colleagues
